PuroClean of Broomfield

When my hot water heater broke and flooded my basement, my brother-in-law (electrician) gave me Laramie's contact information for this company. Puroclean responded immediately and had a team to my house within hours. The entire team was great (pleasant, professional, efficient), but Caden and Patrick were especially helpful and returned over the next several days to check on progress and remove equipment once dry. I have had experience with ServPro and Restoration One and find PuroClean of Broomfield to be far superior.

Puroclean has a knowledgeable and professional team of individuals. They responded as soon as we contacted them after discovering a long-term leak in our kitchen. They worked diligently to remediate the issue. Given the amount of damage, it took several days to dry things out. They communicated with us throughout the process and answered all of our questions. They worked with our insurance company to ensure that we were able to get the leak fixed and damage restored. We are so appreciative of all of the work done for us by Puroclean!

PuroClean saved the day! What we thought was a tiny little leak from our fridge, turned into water and mold underneath our floors. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thankfully we called PuroClean of Broomfield and they saved the day! They immediately came out and got a system setup to dry the floors after mitigating the mold. We highly recommend this company. All of the staff were professional and did a great job.

Had a sewage backup in my basement. Called PuroClean because they were recommended by a friend. They came out the next day to give me a quote. It took a while to get the quote back due to a communications issue, they had the wrong email address. However, the owner went out of his way to make sure things were done much better after that. It was great to see a company tile perhaps of a job and get things done, working with me the entire time around issues with my insurance company.

Chris has a great team - all of them went the extra mile! Kudos especially to Christy, whose care and concern made my experience with PuroClean one of the best I've had with any service provider. 5 STARS!!!
